Mindfulness in Schools - pupils

Practical tools to pause, settle and respond more thoughtfully

Age-appropriate · accessible

Supportive sessions for emotional regulation, attention and wellbeing

School life can be busy and demanding. Mindfulness gives pupils practical tools to pause, settle and respond more thoughtfully — whether they’re dealing with friendship issues, exam pressure, busy classrooms or big emotions.

At Together Mindful, we offer age-appropriate mindfulness sessions that support emotional regulation, attention and wellbeing. Sessions are experiential, supportive and accessible, helping pupils develop skills they can use in school and at home. We work across education settings and can deliver programmes face-to-face or online.

What pupils learn

Options for schools

  • Simple ways to steady attention and reduce "busy mind"
  • Tools for noticing thoughts and feelings without being overwhelmed by them
  • Strategies for managing stress, worry and big emotions
  • Skills for kindness, self-compassion and healthier relationships
  • Short practices they can use before lessons, tests and performances

How it works

We’ll agree the best format for your school and pupils, including age group, class size, timings and goals. Sessions are designed to feel welcoming and inclusive, with clear guidance and no pressure to “perform mindfulness”.
