A 4-week online mindfulness course designed to help you slow down, manage stress and reconnect with yourself in a practical and supportive way.
These sessions are suitable for anyone feeling overwhelmed, stressed, mentally busy, emotionally drained, or simply looking for a calmer way to navigate everyday life.
Each 45-minute session will include:
- simple mindfulness practices
- guided meditation
- gentle reflection
- practical tools for everyday wellbeing
No previous experience is needed.
Come as you are – camera on or off is completely fine.
Introductory price of £40 for the full 4-week session.
Wednesdays 7.00pm-7.45pm on Zoom (45-60 minutes).
